Starting with the simple ingredients of classic Italian cuisine, our chef has been able to re-interpret them into a modern and original version by The Hive.

We are so concerned with the quality and wholesomeness of our recipes that we rely on the advice of a nutritionist to research the nutritional balance of each dish. Finding the right balance is our strategy, and we do not intend to give it up. The Mediterranean diet is recognized worldwide as the absolute healthiest diet, and we will continue to serve quality and, above all, HEALTHY dishes based on that.

Rich in tradition and Mediterranean flavors, pleasing to the palate and dense with natural aromas, The Hive's menu is the result of thoughtful choice. Oils, wines, aromatic spices, flours and doughs.... ingredients blended with passion to create a perfect mix of pleasant memories entitled "Rome" and the "The Hive"

We do our shopping at kilometer 0, at the market, respecting the seasonality of products. We cook quality products because there is no other way to offer dishes full of Mediterranean flavors, those ancient flavors that belong to Italian culture and culinary tradition.

Each individual recipe is a wealth of knowledge and encompasses years of history. The ingredients and their handling will be explained so that each dish that is ordered can be enjoyed in 360 degrees. Our wait staff will be happy to take you on a memorable and unforgettable personalized journey.

In compliance with Covid-related health regulations, the Menu can be accessed directly from your smartphone. Simply frame the QR code on each table. Once you have chosen the dish you can communicate it to the wait staff who will provide any information you need.

It will be a journey from North to South with a special focus on traditional Roman pasta dishes. We look forward to seeing you every day, both lunch and dinner, on the fifth floor of the hotel, where you can also enjoy our 1800-square-meter terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
